We Put Key Info at Admissions’ Fingertips

Last November, I had the chance to visit with the Admission staff of one of our schools.  During that visit, an Admissions staff  member spoke up and said,

“You know what would be really cool…if you could display the country of the person inquiring when processing inquiries.”

At first, I felt stunned by this suggestion. I had never heard of this request. It was never voted for on UserVoice and there were no cases or issues in NetSuite. Yet, it seemed so obvious. It had to drive one of the enhancements in our next Admissions release. Like many other schools, this school:

• Had multiple checklists
• Had an international checklist
• Processed many inquiries

And their busy Admission office (like most Admission offices) had a small window of time to complete their work. Given all these facts, it made sense that you should be able to see not only Country, but other key information as well, in a quick-view manner.

Key Information at Your Fingertips

With this release, when you work through the list of individuals who have inquired, you can simply use your mouse to hover the cursor over the individuals and see some important information that was entered on the form.

What Key Info Can be Viewed?

• First name
• Last name
• Address
• Email address
• Birth-date

More Time-Savers?

These features lets you quickly and appropriately associate the Candidate with the correct checklist or entering year/entering grade (since date of birth also appears). How great is that?
